PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK-PAIR-SHARE TERHADAP SELF-EFFICACY SISWA SMP DITINJAU BERDASARKAN GENDER

Abstrak

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis (1) perbedaan self-efficacy siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) perbedaan self-efficacy siswa laki-laki dan siswa perempuan,(3) pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin, (4) perbedaan self-efficacy yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional untuk siswa laki-laki, (5) perbedaan self-efficacy yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional untuk siswa perempuan.
Jenis penelitian adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan Posttest Only Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi penelitian seluruh kelas IX SMPN 10 Denpasar. Sampel berjumlah 160 orang dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dengan statistik deskriptif dan uji ANAVA 2 jalur dilanjutkan dengan uji Least Significant Difference.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat perbedaan self-efficacy siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional (F = 34,040; p<0,05), (2) terdapat perbedaan self-efficacy siswa laki-laki dan kelompok siswa perempuan (F = 132,871; p<0,05). (3) terdapat pengaruh interaksi variabel-variabel model pembelajaran dan variabel-variabel jenis kelamin terhadap self-efficacy (F=8,67, p<0,05). (4) terdapat perbedaan self-efficacy yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional untuk siswa laki-laki (F = 18,962; p<0,05), (5) terdapat perbedaan self-efficacy yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share dan model pembelajaran konvensional untuk siswa perempuan (F = 15,141; p<0,05). Siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe think-pair-share, self-efficacy yang lebih baik dibandingkan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional.

This study aims to analyze ( 1 ) the difference the self-efficacy of students who are learning to cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning model , ( 2 ) self-efficacy differences groups of boys and groups female students , ( 3 ) the effect of the interaction learning models and sex , ( 4 ) differences in self-efficacy were studied with cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning models for male students , ( 5 ) differences in self-efficacy were studied with cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning models for female students
This research is a quasi experimental study with posttest design Only Non - Equivalent Control Group Design . The study population was all class IX students of SMP Negeri 10 Denpasar with a total population of 325 students . The number of samples in this study consisted of with a total of 160 students were selected by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed by descriptive statistics and ANOVA test 2 test lines followed by Least Significant Difference
The results showed ( 1 ) there are differences in self-efficacy groups of students learning with cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning model ( F = 34.040 , p < 0.05 ) , ( 2 ) there are differences in self-efficacy groups of male students and female students ( F = 132.871 , p <0.05 ) . ( 3 ) there is an interaction effect the variables of learning models and gender variables on self-efficacy ( F = 8.67 , p < 0.05 ) . ( 4 ) there are differences in self-efficacy were studied with cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning models for male students ( F = 18.962 , p < 0.05 ) , ( 5 ) there is a difference self-efficacy of learning with cooperative learning model think- pair -share and the conventional learning models for female students ( F = 15.141 , p <0.05 ) . Students who are taught using cooperative learning model think- pair -share showed self-efficacy better than the students who are taught using conventional learning models .
