EFEKTIVITAS DIKLAT LESSON STUDY TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL, KOMPETENSI PEDAGOGI GURU, DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMA NEGERI 3 SINGARAJA

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan kualitas pelaksanaan diklat lesson study pada guru IPA di SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja; (2) menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study kompetensi pedagogi guru (3) menganalisis pengaruh diklat lesson study berpengaruh terhadap kompetensi professional guru SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja; (4) menganalisis pengaruh diklat lesson study terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja.Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretset-postest design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Data tentang kualitas lesson study dianalisis secara deskriptif, data tentang kompetensi profesional guru serta kompetensi pedagogi guru dianalisis dengan wilcoxon signed-rank test (Uji peringkat bertanda) dan data prestasi belajar siswa dianalisis dengan Uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas pelaksanaan lesson study dalam kualifikasi diklat lesson study SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja tergolong sangat baik (98,35); (2) terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap kompetensi professional guruSMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (Z= -2,032; p<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap kompetensi pedagogi guru SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (Z= -2,032; p<0,05); (4) terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (t= 71,160; p<0,05).

The aims of this study was: (1) to describe the quality of the lesson study workshop on science teacher at SMAN 3 Singaraja; (2) to analyze theinfluence of lesson study workshop to science theacher’s professional competenceat SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja; (3) to analyze theinfluence of lesson study workshop to science theacher’s paedagogic competenceat SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja; (4) to analyze the influence of thelesson study workshop to student’s science achievement at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja. This study was a pre-experimental study using one group pretest-postest design. The population of this study were focused on science theacher and eleventh grade students ofSMA Negeri 3 Singaraja academic year 2013/2014. The samples of the science teachers was determined by cencus sampling and the class for this study was determined by random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and hipotesis test: using wilcoxon signed-rank test for the data of theacher’s professional competence and paired sample t-testfor the data of student,s science achievement.The result showed that:(1) the lesson study workshop on science teacher at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja fell into very good qualification (98,35); (2)there were significant influences of lesson study workshop to science theacher’s professional competence at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (Z= -2,032; p<0,05); (3) there were significant influences of lesson study workshop to science theacher’s paedagogic competence at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (Z= -2,032; p<0,05); (4) there were significant influence of thelesson study workshop to student’s science learning achievement at SMA Negeri 3 Singaraja (t = 71,160; p<0,05).
