PENGARUH DIKLAT LESSON STUDY TERHADAP KOMPETENSI PROFESIONAL GURU IPA DAN PRESTASI BELAJAR SISWA SMKN 2 SERIRIT

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mendeskripsikan kualitas pelaksanaan diklat lesson study pada guru IPA di SMK Negeri 2 Seririt; (2) Menganalisis pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap kompetensi professional guru SMK Negeri 2 Seririt; dan (3) Menganalisis pengaruh diklat lesson study terhadap prestasi belajar IPA siswa SMK Negeri 2 Seririt. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental dengan desain penelitian one group pretset-postest design. Pengambilan sampel guru IPA menggunakan teknik sampling sensus dan teknik pengambilan kelas untuk penelitian digunakan teknik random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis penelitian: wilcoxon signed-rank test (Uji peringkat bertanda) untuk data kompetensi profesional guru dan Uji-t sampel berkorelasi untuk data prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Kualitas pelaksanaan lesson study masuk kualifikasi sangat baik (91,781); (2) terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap kompetensi professional guru (Z=-2,527; p<0,05); (3) terdapat pengaruh pelaksanaan diklat lesson study terhadap prestasi belajar siswa (t=123,8493; p<0,05).

The aims of this study were: (1) to describe the quality of the workshop of lesson study on science teachers at SMKN 2 Seririt; (2) to analyze the influence of the workshop of lesson study workshop to science teacher’s professional competence at SMKN 2 Seririt; (3) to analyze the influence of the workshop of lesson study to student’s learning achievement in science subject at SMKN 2 Seririt. This study was a pre-experimental study using one group pretest-postest design. The population of this study were focused on science teachers and eleventh grade students of SMKN 2 Seririt in the academic year 2013/2014. The samples of the science teachers were determined by cencus sampling and the class for this study was determined by random sampling technique. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and hipotesis test: wilcoxon signed-rank test for the data of teacher’s professional competence and paired sample t-test for the data of student’s achievement in science subject. The result showed that: (1) the workshop of lesson study on science teachers at SMKN 2 Seririt fell into very good qualification (91,781); (2) there were significant influences of the workshop of lesson study to science teacher’s professional competence at SMKN 2 Seririt (Z=-2,527; p<0,05); (3) there were significant influence of the workshop of lesson study to student’s learning achievement in science subject at SMKN 2 Seririt (t=123,8493; p<0,05).
