PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS DAN KUALITAS INTERAKSI KELAS MELALUI PELAKSANAAN LESSON STUDY
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan: 1) kualitas pelaksanaan lesson study; 2) peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan kelas guru IPA dan kualitas interaksi kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 2 guru IPA dan satu buah kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan pengelolaan kelas, kualitas interaksi kelas, dan kualitas lesson study. Jenis penelitian ini adalah case study dengan analisis deskriftif kualitatif. Kualitas lesson study, diperoleh melalui observasi plan, do, dan see. Kemampuan pengelolaan kelas (KPK) dan kualitas interaksi kelas (KIK) diperoleh dengan angket, observasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kualitas pelaksanaan lesson study sangat baik. 2) Terdapat peningkatan kemampuan pengelolaan kelas guru IPA dan kualitas interaksi kelas di SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja sebelum dan setelah lesson study.

The study aimed to describing: 1) quality of implementation lesson study; 2) improvement of science teacher classroom management ability and classroom interaction quality. The subject was two science teacher and one VIII Class at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja on 2015/2016 academic years. The object was classroom management ability, classroom interaction quality, and quality of lesson study. The kind of study was case study by qualitative descriftive analized. Classroom management ability and classroom interaction quality was measured by observation, interview, and questioner. The result of study is: 1) the quality of lesson study is excellent. 2) There were improvement of science teacher classroom management ability and classroom interaction quality at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja before and after lesson study.
